CST 110 UM Perception Process Comunication Questions

I’m working on a communications question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

After viewing the video answer both of the following questions:

1) Define in your own words the 3 stages of the perception process and how do they relate to your experience watching the video? Dissect the video slowly and give a few examples for each stage.

2) Perception also deals with how we define ourselves. As we engage in in facework (behaviors we exhibit to create and maintain the positive image of ourselves) we conduct ourselves through 3 different contexts in order to protect our own self concept in social situations. Which face (fellowship, competence, or autonomy) do you most identify with and given an example as to why you believe you uphold that face most consistently.
