Report:

• Please follow the report template and utilize the report instructions document.
• Please refer to the library APA reference and citation guide. Links are posted on the course site.
• Responses in section 1, with the exception of 1b, should be about your APE site.
• You discuss your learning objectives twice. Please combine your answers so that the discussion of objectives makes up one section. Please follow the report template on the course site.
• Part of your application is copied and pasted on p.10 and 11. This is not necessary to include.
• Please do not change the wording of the competencies. The competencies discussed are also slightly different from those that you listed on your approved application. Please discuss how you met the objectives that you listed in your application. Refer back to your approved application.
• The report should be written in past tense, as you have completed your project.
• Make sure to cite anywhere that you use information from an outside source. Make it clear in your writing so that we can tell the difference between when you are describing a piece of literature, and when you are describing the work that you did for your APE.
