My job is to present whether it is reasonable to move to another state or remain in Florida. The career field that this presentation will be highlighting is a commercial real estate investment firm called Demosthene Commercial Reality. Commercial real estate is a property that is typically leased out for business and retail purposes. Investing in commercial real estate involves the purchase or development of properties that have been designed with the intent of housing commercial tenants. 

You will have to research to determine which state would be the best area for relocation that is lucrative for commercial real estate. Then put all your findings in an outline that explains a step-by-step approach to persuade/inform the company’s board why it is best to relocate to that specific location (region/state)
