OCC Motivational Theory Motivation Factors Discussion

This week, we are thinking about motivation and personal branding. For your career portfolio, I’d like you to be thinking about your own personal brand. To a larger extent, I’d like you also to be thinking about what motivates you. For this week’s discussion forum, be sure to visit the Module 2 content and view this TED Talk on motivational theory.

1. Begin your post with a few sentences that tell us a little more about you by sharing what you want your brand to look like and what motivates you. 

2. After telling us a little about what motivates you, share what you think motivates people in general. After studying the many motivational theories in this week’s Module, I want to hear your ideas and opinions. Please use theory names, examples, or real-life observations as evidence for your perspective.
