Assume that you are a mid-level leader within a public organization of your choice. Senior leadership has asked you to research how individualism and collectivism can influence organizational culture. Using a theory such as Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory, create a report that analyzes how an organization’s culture can influence the values and behaviors of individual employees. Then, explain how these individual behaviors influence groups of employees and the organization overall. Consider how certain behaviors can improve or hurt the organization’s culture.
