Is there any research study that support the benefits discussed? – Yes (1. Cochrane systematic research in regard to pre-term labor 2. meta-analysis found meditation effective in reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety 3. systematic review of mind-body therapies found meditation improved symptoms of fatigue, thus improving quality of life)
